Timberglade neighborhood is located northwest of the intersection of Nesbitt Avenue and Old Shakopee Road in West Bloomington. Timberglade is a larger neighborhood that is made up of just over 200 single family homes. House styles in Timberglade are primarily a mix of split levels and ramblers. House prices range between $300,000 to $600,000. Timberglade is an excellent neighborhood with much to offer including great homes for sale, family friendly community, and central location with easy access to numerous amenities.

One of the best amenities available to residents of Timberglade is the abundance of parks located nearby. Parks within close proximity to the neighborhood include Highland Greens Golf to the south, Tarnhill Park to the east, and Hyland Park to the west. Within these three parks, visitors can enjoy recreational amenities such as golfing, skiing and snowboarding, fishing, boating, and more. The closest shopping center in the area is Normandale Village just a short distance to the east offering numerous shops and restaurants. Some shops in Normandale Village include Caribou Coffee, Ace Hardware, Great Clips, Anytime Fitness, and several others.

Timberglade is a part of Independent School District 271, also known as Bloomington Public Schools, which has served the entire City of Bloomington since 1917. Bloomington Public Schools is one of the top school districts in the Twin Cities earing state and national recognitions. The closest school to the Timberglade neighborhood is Ridgeview Elementary, which serves around 400 students in grades K-5. The student to teacher ratio at the school is 16.3 and is ranked first among elementary schools in Bloomington. Other nearby schools include Normandale Hills Elementary, Bethany Academy, and Olson Elementary and Middle School.
